• (a)I am not national, citizen or habitant of any country (including but not limited to Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan or Cuba)("Restricted Country")embargoed or restricted by the United States, nor under the control of the Restricted Country. I will not, directly or indirectly, download the relevant software program for any national, citizen or havitant of the Restricted Country, nor export or re-export the relevant software program to the Restricted Country.
• (b) I am not listed on any of the following lists. "End Users" of Japan "Denied Persons List" of US Department of Commerce "Unverified List" of US Department of Commerce I will not, directly or indirectly, download the relevant software for any national, citizen or habitant of the above countries("Relevant Persons"), nor export or re-export the relevant software to the Relevant Persons.
